Hayesville Edges Lady Devil Runners

Hayesville scored a narrow win over the Lady Devils in cross country yesterday, by the narrowest of margins.  Robbinsville, Andrews, Murphy, and Cherokee also participated in the conference meet held at Robbinsville. Murphy Tops Devils 5-1

With a strong returning cast the Murphy Bulldogs started their season on a high note, downing Blue Ridge 6-1.  Wednesday they matched up with the Devils who were also winners in their first match of the season. Maroon Devils 3rd At Robbinsville

Swain finished 3rd at the Robbinsville Cross Country meet on Wednesday.  Five conference schools participated with Hayesville taking top honors followed closely by host Robbinsville.  Andrews and Cherokee finished behind Swain. Rosman Takes 3-2 Win Over Lady Devils
