Bryson City – Visiting Erwin scored 7 runs in the 5th, to break a 2-2 tie, and go on to take a 9-3 win over the Maroon Devils on Wednesday evening. Erwin had 10 hits on the evening while the Maroon Devils scored their 3 runs on 5 hits. Gaige Southards, Hunter Call, Damian Lossiah, Colby Taylor and Jesse Waldroup provided the Devils hits. Southards scored twice, while Call plated the other Swain run. Damian Lossiah drove in 2 runs.
