Andrews – Swain won their 3rd straight game on Friday with an 18-14 win over Andrews. With the win the Devils avenge an earlier defeat to the Wildcats. Swain scored 10 runs in the 5th inning and 15 runs over the final 3 innings to earn the 18-14 win.
Gaige Southards scored 4 times, while Dawson Chambers and Hunter Call drove in 4 runs each in the Devils win. Chambers had 4 hits in 5 at bats and a pair of doubles to go with his 4 rbi. Ian Brooks, Caleb Taylor, Brier Younce and Jake Waldroup each had 2 hits for the Devils.
On the mound Brier Younce, Dawson Chambers and Damian Lossiah combined for the win. The trio struck out 6 and walked 2 over 7 innings of combined work.
For the Devils it was their 3rd straight as well as their 3rd win on the season, leaving them with a 3-2 overall mark.
