Cherokee – Swain wrapped up the regular season in soccer Tuesday with a 3-0 shutout of Cherokee. For the Lady Devils it marks their 5th straight win, sending them into the playoffs red hot.
Kyndall Cochran continued her torrid scoring streak, by tallying all 3 goals for the Devils. With those 3, Cochran extends her school record to an even 30 goals for the season. Mae Duncan and Brynnae Rhynehart each had an assist.
Josie Parker and Rhynehart combined for the shutout in goal for Swain. Each had 3 saves. Kylie Pond led the team with 13 clears, followed by Sharlotte Queen-Jackson, Sara Davis and Alana Booth each with 5 clears.
