Bryson City – Following their first loss of the season the Lady Devils responded one night later with a 62-20 win over visiting Blue Ridge. With the win the Lady Devils improved to 3-1 overall on the young season.
Swain got another strong performance from junior center Maleeah Langstaff, who finished with 23 points, 8 rebounds, 5 blocks, 4 assists, and 4 steals. Gabby Jones added 10 points, while Grace Cabe added 6 rebounds, and Lynsey Hicks finished with 4 assists.
