ROBBINSVILLE, WNC – Kelly Brown had 10 kills and a monster 13 blocks for the Lady Devils as they downed Robbinsville. Swain took the match in 3 straight sets by the scores of 25-18, 25-21, and 25-16.
Swain did most of their damage at the net either with a kill or a block. Jennifer Brown had 7 blocks and Jessica Winchester had 6 to go along with 5 and 6 kills respectively. Lydia Sale added 8 kills and 5 blocks.
Valerie Arkansas recorded 30 assists from her setters position. Libero Alex Treadway had a match high 26 digs for Swain.
The Lady Devils are now 5-0 in conference play and will face Rosman next Tuesday. The Tigers are also 5-0 in conference play, so first place will be on the line as the Devils will host the contest.
