Matthew Maennle and Greg Tisho have been selected as all Smoky Mountain Conference by the coaches of the SMC. Maennle and Tisho were the Maroon Devils two leading scorers on the season.
Joining Maennle and Tisho as all conference were: Seth Littlejohn & Dustin Johnson (Cherokee); Zack Cottrell, Cass Coleman, & Isaac Mills (Hayesville); Demarcus Hobson (Murphy); Ben Wiggins (Robbinsville); Hunter Reese (Rosman).
Michael Cottrell (Hayesville) was named as the Coach of the Year.
Zack Cottrell (Hayesville) was named as the Player of the Year.
Swain’s Raymius Smith, Corbin Panther, and Tanner Burrell were all named as Honorable Mention All Smoky Mountain Conference.
On the girl’s side Swain’s Jordan Maples was also named as Honorable Mention All Smoky Mountain Conference.
