Bryson City – Tuesday in their home opener the Maroon Devils jumped out to a hot start building a 19-7 advantage over the games first 8 minutes. From there the Devils would cruise to a 74-40 non conference win and improve to 2-1 on the season.
Josiah Glaspie was dominate inside for the Devils. Glaspie finished with a game high 22 points. Aiden Southards chipped in 17 points off of the bench for the Devils. Southards added a team high 9 rebounds for Swain. Riley Winchester finished with 10 points and 6 assists, while Priest Killstwice finished with 10 points. (All stats are unofficial).
