Hayesville – The Hayesville Yellow Jackets scored twice in the 1st and two more runs in the 3rd to take a 4-2 win over Swain on Tuesday. Swain scored a run in each in the 5th and 6th innings to cut the Hayesville lead.
For the day the Devils had only two hits, one each by Damian Lossiah and Gabe Lillard. Lillard and Cooper Hyatt scored the Devils runs.
On the mound the Devils used the trio of Ronnie Griggs, Gabe Lillard and Charlie Collins. The trio scattered six hits while striking out five on the day.
