Bryson City – Franklin used a huge 30-11 run over the games first 8 minutes to build a solid lead over Swain on Saturday. The Panthers eventually took a 91-68 win over Swain. Franklin used their size and length to force 27 Swain turnovers, scoring 30 points off of Swain turnovers.
Isaiah Collins sparked the Devils with a team high 14 points off the bench. Collins added 7 rebounds and 3 steals for good measure. Nick Millsaps added 12 points to go with a game and career high 17 rebounds. Donnavin Groenewold chipped in 11 points on 4 of 8 shooting.
