Bryson City – Franklin pulled away in the closing minutes to take a close, hard fought, win from the Lady Devils by the score of 54-49. The Panthers used superior size to control the offensive glass and cause the Lady Devils trouble, as the Panthers scored 16 points off of 2nd chance opportunities.
Mazie Helpman paced Swain with a team high 13 points. Savana Smith added 12 points, while Ashton Younce finished with 9 points and 8 rebounds for Swain.
