Candler – SCHS competed Saturday at Enka Land of the Sky Marching competition. Enka’s Land of the Sky competition is one of the largest in the state and is held every year. The Marching Maroon Devil band came home with 1st place drum major, 2nd place music, 2nd place overall and 3rd place Colorguard. Swain also received the prestigious Enka Jet Award which is awarded to the band that displays the highest level of manners and respect throughout the day.
