Greensboro – Fresh off a State Championship win, the accolades kept coming for Swain senior Noland Brown. Brown was tabbed, by the 1A coaches at the Championships, as the 1A State Championships Most Outstanding Wrestler. To put this in perspective, each of the 14 weight classes has 8 wrestlers in the 1A Championships. There are also 14 State Champions crowned over the tournament weekend. So for Noland to be selected from that many wrestlers as the Most Outstanding Wrestler is quite an honor.
