Bryson City – After 3 quarters Friday night the Lady Devils found themselves down by 11 points, 40-29. Over the next 8 minutes Swain held Hayesville scoreless, unfortunately the Lady Devils could only manage 9 of the 11 points they needed, as the Yellow Jackets held on for a 40-38 win.
Senior Lynsey Hicks paced the Devils with 17 points, while Taylor Collins finished with 8 points and 17 rebounds.
Prior to the game the Lady Devils honored their 4 senior players, Lynsey Hicks, Alissa Smith, Grace Cabe and Sharlotte Jackson.
