Sophomore center Taylor Collins had a big night of her own. Collins pulled down 17 rebounds on Friday against Hayesville. Then one-upped that the following night against Rosman. Collins finished with a career high 31 points to go along with a school record tying 21 rebounds.
Kierra Shook posted a career high 10 points and played stellar defense. While her offense was a boost her defense was noteworthy. Drawing the toughest assignment, Shook held Rosman’s leading scorer without a point for a stretch in the 3rd period through the final minutes.
