Franklin – Monday the Lady Devils traveled to Franklin where they fell 3-1 to the Panthers. The scores were 15-25, 28-26, 21-25 and 26-28.
Offensively Grace Cabe led the way for Swain. The senior finished with 16 kills on the evening. Makayla Riordan finished with 7, while Kaitlin Anthony added 5. Riordan also had 17 assists, and Ashton Younce finished with 14.
On the back row libero Alissa Smith had 9 digs, while Riordan had 8 and Anthony 7.
Swain returns home Tuesday to host Highlands.
