Bryson City – Swain scored 12 times in the bottom of the 1st inning, and used that advantage to cruise to a 15-5 five inning win over Andrews. The Lady Devils took advantage of 12 walks, in batting around twice in the first. Swain would score 2 more in the 2nd and then an additional run in the 5th.
Bryar Buchanan continued her hot play by going 3-3, scoring 3 times and driving in a pair of runs. Kenzie Eagleman and Gabby Jones each drove in 2 runs. Grace Cabe scored 3 times and stole 3 bases, while Alicia Green scored 2 times and stole 2 bases, Erin Jenkins also added a pair of runs.
Taylor Day was solid in the circle, earning her 7th win of the season, she struck out 6 and walked none.
