Bryson City – It had all the feel of a playoff game, as Rosman and Swain engaged in an intense early season conference showdown. Swain used a large run over a seven to eight minute span of the 3rd and 4th quarters to pull away and take a key 86-60 conference win. Swain scored 35 4th quarter points as part of their run, outscoring Rosman 35-21 during that period.
Phinehas Little scored 14 of his game high 29 points in the 4th quarter for the Devils. Evan Bradley finished with 16 points while Zeke Bradley had 12. Darren Blankenship had a game high 6 assists.
