Bryson City – Swain built a 12 point lead over the game’s first 16 minutes, but slowly saw that evaporate over the game’s 2nd 16 minutes, as Rosman came from behind to take a 66-64 win. In the decisive 2nd half the Tigers turned to an ultra aggressive play that by game’s end had 4 of the Devils 5 starters with 4 fouls. Deland Thomas paced Rosman with a game high 27 points, while Zach Stroup added 15.
For Swain freshman Zeke Bradley finished with a team high 16 points and 9 rebounds. Brier Younce finished with 14 points and Phinehas Little had 11. Evan Bradley had 9 points on 3 3-pointers, while Angel Bowers added 8 rebounds.
