Bryson City – Thursday the Lady Devils took a key 3-0 conference win over Andrews by the scores of 25-18, 25-20, and 25-20. The win is the fourth out of the last five matches for the Devils and moved them to 2-3 in Smoky Mountain Conference play.
Sophomore Grace Cabe was dominant in the middle for Swain. Cabe registered a match high 16 kills, including 7 in the second set. Autumn Brown dished out 17 assists. Faith Long and Ashley Winchester had 6 kills each, while Gabby Jones added 5. Winchester also had 9 assists, while Long finished with 3 blocks.
