Franklin – Swain took on a seasoned Franklin team Tuesday at Franklin. The game was played in a constant drizzle but surprisingly the field conditions remained decent.
The Lady Devils had their hands full all night fighting off the Panthers’ relentless attacks. Franklin prevailed 9-0 but not without having to fight for every goal. Amy West and Kylie Pond shared the goal keeping duties and along with the Swain defense fought hard in the defeat. Swain will travel to Tallulah Falls Monday for their next match.
