BRYSON CITY – The first round of the Smoky Mountain Conference basketball tournament will tip off this Wednesday with the boys teams playing here at Swain high school and the girls teams all playing at Cherokee. Start times for this event will be fluid in order to accommodate bus issues, as well as teams who share coaches (such as jv teams).

5:30 – #2 seed vs #7 seed
7:00 – #3 seed vs #6 seed
At Swain Middle: (All JV boys)
4:00 – #1 seed vs #8 seed
5:30 – #4 vs #5
7:00 – #2 vs #7
8:30 – #3 vs #6
At Cherokee High School: (All Varsity girls)
4:00 – #4 vs #5
