Lydia Sale had 5 kills in the Devils win
CASHIERS – Swain swept Blue Ridge 3-0 in volleyball action on Tuesday. The Lady Devils took the match by the scores of 25-20, 25-15, and 25-13. Senior setter Valerie Arkansas had 43 assists in setting up the Swain offense. Hitters Jenn Brown, Emily Styles, and Taylor Shuler were the main beneficiaries of Arkansas’ fine work. Brown and Styles finished with 9 kills each, while Shuler chipped in 7 kills of her own.
Swain is now 18-6 on the season, and play their final regular season game Thursday as they host Highlands, in what will be Senior Night for the Devils.
