Swain’s Cooper Reinert fights for the ball
BRYSON CITY – The Maroon Devils got an overtime goal from Russell Bigmeat to tie the match at 2 all. That score would stand through a 2nd overtime, as the Devils and Trimont Christian would tie 2-2.
Swain scored their first goal off the foot of Matt Mordhorst. The Mordhorst goal tied the game at 1, which would be how regulation would end. Trimont scored in the 1st overtime, to take the lead, which set up Bigmeat’s goal in the first overtime period.
Ike Herrin was solid in goal for the Devils, who are now 2-1-1 on the season.
