Swain finished a close 3rd at the conference meet held at Hayesville last week. A mere 11 points seperated them from 1st place Murphy (78), while Andrews was 2nd with 77 points, Swain finished with 67 points, and Hayesville with 34.
Dana Thompson and Jenea Bentavogli finished 1st & 2nd in the shot put. Morgan Lowe was 1st in the high jump, Shelby Hyatt was 1st in the 3200 meter run and Blair Allman took top honors in the 800 meter run.
Swain was 1st in the 4×400 meter relay, and 2nd in both the 1600 and 3200 meter relays.
