BRYSON CITY, WNC – The Swain High School Air Force JROTC provided the Color Guard for last week’s home opening football game. Listed alphabetically, the cadets were Eric Archer, Dillion Gross, Zachary Wiggins, and Corps Commander, Arlicia Zimmerman. Swain High’s JROTC has provided a Color Guard for home football games for the last five seasons includung an Honor Guard and a Saber Team for the homecoming ceremonies. Last season, before a home football game, the unit also performed a flag retirement ceremony during half time.
