HIGHLANDS, NC – Highlands, Swain made 9 of 10 free throws down the stretch to hold off a furious Highlands comeback attempt and take a 54-48 win. Jordan Maples had 24 points for the Devils, while Richelle Jenkins had 11 points. Maples, Jenkins, Val Arkansas, and Hannah Bowick all made key free throws down the stretch to help hold off Highlands. Brooke Coggins had a career high 11 rebounds to help the Lady Devils hold a key edge on the glass. For the game Swain shot 41% from the floor and a blistering 43% from three point range.
